San Rafael Elementary School proudly launched PROJECT PAG(B)ASA on July 27, 2026, with the invaluable support and presence of our Outstanding Schools District Supervisor, Rejulios Villenes, together with the LGU, parents, and other stakeholders who continue to champion the school’s literacy initiatives.

This meaningful initiative reflects our shared commitment to strengthening literacy, empowering young learners, and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to develop strong reading skills. Through PROJECT PAG(B)ASA, in partnership with the LGU and parents, we continue to inspire a love for reading, foster lifelong learning, and build a brighter future for every learner.

Together, we open new doors of hope, learning, and opportunity—because every child deserves the chance to read, learn, and succeed.

San Rafael Elementary School successfully conducted its Learning Action Cell (LAC) Session entitled "Orientation on PPST Year 2 Indicators and LAC Priorities for SY 2026–2027" on June 26, 2026.

The session was facilitated by Sir Jerome Villaos, Head Teacher I, who provided valuable insights on the PPST Year 2 Indicators and the school's LAC priorities. The activity strengthened teachers' understanding of the PPST, promoted professional collaboration, and reinforced our shared commitment to delivering quality instruction and improving learner outcomes.

Together, we continue to foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and excellence in education.
