Loon East High School

The basketball tryouts held at Nagtuang Covered Court was a resounding success, drawing a large and enthusiastic turnout of aspiring players. Players ranging in age from 12 to 18, demonstrated impressive athleticism and a genuine passion for the sport.
The tryout was conducted by the SK Chairman and chosen SK Members of Brgy. Nagtuang namely; James Barbarona, Arch Jaynel Biocos Castañares , Jelmarc Biocos Castañares, and Kag. Jorem Sangarios, under the supervision of Loon East High School Sports Coordinator, Rachel A. Jimenez.
The chosen members of LEHS basketball team, EASTENIAN VIPERS🐍, are now preparing for the upcoming Loon Inter-High Basketball Tournament.

The Loon East High School were privileged to be chosen as participants of the " Youth Orientation for Agriculture" on September 26, 2024 at Nagtuang Covered Court, Loon Bohol. The event was initiated by the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) headed by Ms. Jannes D. Catones (Municipal Agriculturist of Loon). The students were able to understand the significance of agriculture in our time today and their role to help boosts the agricultural concept for human's benefits.

Aside from the information drive about agriculture, they also shared sumptuous food for everyone.

On behalf of the Loon East family, we would like to thank you LGU- Loon thru the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) for choosing us to be your recipients in this significant campaign and orientation in Agriculture for our students.

Good morning LOON EAST HIGH SCHOOL. In coordination with our LGU Loon thru Mayor Elvi and to our MDRRMC Engr Marina face to face classes today, September 17, 2024 in Loon South District shall be suspended due to inclement weather with continuous heavy rain falls. However, asynchronous classes thru online and modular lessons shall continue at home to keep our learners at all time safety in our 21 schools in Loon South District. In the vibrant spirit of Linggo ng Kabataan 2024, the Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation-Loon,Bohol, hosted a series of engaging events, including the higly anticipated Academic and Literary Contest.This competition brought together the brightest minds from across Loon, with both private and public schools.

Loon East High School, with its talented students, secured impressive victories in various categories, namely;
