GATE PROTOCOLS

To further strengthen campus security, please be guided by the following procedures:

1. School gates will remain closed at all times, except during designated entry and dismissal periods.

2. All visitors, including parents and guardians, must log in at the Guard Station upon entering the school premises.

3. Metal scanning will be conducted before entry into the school premises.

4. Late-arriving students may still enter the campus, but their names and time of arrival must be recorded at the Guard Station. (For advisory and guidance office records.)

5. Vehicles of faculty, staff, and canteen operators must display official vehicle sticker passes for identification and security purposes.

We sincerely ask for your cooperation and understanding as we implement these measures. Close parental involvement, open communication, and strong school-family partnership are essential in keeping our children safe in school.

To All Parents and Families of our UBLI Learners,

Warm Greetings!

In light of the recent news that has concerned many of us, we would like to reassure our parents and guardians that the safety and well-being of our learners remain among the school's priorities. As part of our efforts to strengthen our learners' well-being, the school is planning a retreat and team-building activity for learners and a parenting seminar with our school psychologist and guidance counselor. Details will be announced soon.
