𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗨 𝗟𝗼𝗯𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗺𝗻𝗮 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Batangas State University Lobo Campus demonstrates its strong performance in agriculture education as it produces a national topnotcher in the November 2025 Agriculturists Licensure Examination. A graduate of the BS Agriculture program, Gwyneth G. Villarin secured 3rd place nationwide with an impressive 91.52% rating.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 6,678 out of 9,741 examinees passed this year’s board exam, posting a national passing rate of 68.56%, with examinations conducted across 18 testing centers throughout the Philippines.

Beyond its topnotcher, BatStateU Lobo recorded a remarkable institutional performance by producing 35 newly licensed agriculturists and achieving an 89.74% campus passing rate, significantly surpassing the national average. This achievement highlights the campus’s commitment to academic excellence, intensive field-based learning, and the development of future-ready agriculture professionals.

University President Dr. Tirso A. Ronquillo commended Villarin and the successful passers for bringing pride and honor to the institution. Their accomplishments strengthen BatStateU’s resolve to advance quality education, research-driven instruction, and community-responsive programs aligned with its mandate as the Philippines' National Engineering University.
