"Maging kalugodlugod nawa ang mga salita ng aking bibig, at ang pagbubulay ng aking puso sa iyong paningin, Oh Panginoon, na aking malaking bato, at aking manunubos." - 𝐴𝑤𝑖𝑡 19:14

Sa mundong puno ng iba't ibang tinig at impluwensya, nawa'y ang bawat salitang ating binibigkas ay maging daluyan ng pag-ibig, katotohanan, at biyaya. Higit pa rito, nawa'y maging malinis din ang ating puso at isipan, sapagkat ang Diyos ay hindi lamang tumitingin sa ating mga ginagawa kundi maging sa ating mga intensyon.

Ang Awit 19:14 ay paalala na ang tunay na pagsamba ay hindi lamang nasusukat sa ating mga awit at panalangin, kundi sa paraan ng ating pamumuhay araw-araw. Kapag ang ating mga salita, pag-iisip, at mga desisyon ay nakaayon sa kalooban ng Diyos, nagiging kalugud-lugod tayo sa Kanyang paningin. Patuloy nating hayaang ang Panginoon ang humubog sa ating puso upang maging liwanag tayo sa ating pamilya, paaralan, at komunidad.

Creativity, service, and teamwork came together to make our SLC Bites and Booth a meaningful success. Every effort, every smile, and every shared moment reflected the dedication and unity of everyone involved. We are grateful for every helping hand, every supporter, and most of all, for God's guidance and abundant blessings throughout this journey. May everything we do continue to bring honor and glory to His name. To God be all the glory!

Our Nutrition Month Quiz Bee was a celebration of learning, critical thinking, and the commitment of every participant to understand the value of proper nutrition and caring for our environment. Our Nutrition Month Cooking Show was more than a competition—it was a celebration of healthy living, passion, and the talents God has entrusted to each participant. Ang mabuting kalusugan ay nagsisimula sa wastong nutrisyon, at ang masaganang kinabukasan ay nagsisimula sa pangangalaga sa ating kalikasan. Sa bawat masustansyang pagkaing ating pinipili at sa bawat simpleng hakbang upang pangalagaan ang kapaligiran, sama-sama nating binubuo ang isang mas malusog at mas luntiang bukas.

Ngayong Nutrition Month 2026, ating isabuhay ang temang "Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan." Maging responsable sa ating kalusugan, maging mapagmahal sa ating kapaligiran, at maging inspirasyon sa iba na kumilos para sa kabutihang panlahat.

• Kumain ng masustansya.
• Alagaan ang kalikasan.
• Sama-sama para sa mas malusog na kinabukasan!
