Thank you for your cooperation and patience during the implementation of our bag inspection procedures. This is in compliance with school safety and security measures and in accordance with applicable DepEd guidelines, all students, visitors, and school personnel are respectfully advised that bag inspection may be conducted upon entry to the school premises.
Please take note of the following inspection guidelines:
1. Bag inspection shall be done in a respectful, non-discriminatory, and non-intrusive manner.
2. Students are requested to voluntarily open their bags for visual inspection by authorized school personnel.
3. The inspection aims to ensure that prohibited, dangerous, or unauthorized items are not brought into the school.
4. To speed up entry and reduce long lines during bag inspection, students must place all their metal items (keys, coins, metal pens, hairpins, spoon and fork, scissors, etc.) together in one pouch or cellphone before reaching the inspection station. This small step will help security staff perform inspections faster and more efficiently.
5. Any prohibited item found during inspection shall be handled in accordance with school policies and applicable regulations.
6. Refusal to cooperate may be referred to the School Administration for appropriate action.
Please cooperate with security personnel as this procedure is being implemented to maintain a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment for everyone.
