First Aid is an essential skill that both children and elderly should learn. Not only does it promote the safety and well-being of one another — it also provides us with knowledge of what to do in a serious situation. This is the time to be aware, make a first aid kit, and take a few minutes to brush up your skills.

Having little knowledge can go a long way in terms of life and death — whether it's treating a small cut or knowing when to call for help. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, basic first aid skills really matter.

As we step into September — the Su***de Prevention month, we aim to bring awareness, reminding us that help is always available in various ways. Showing even the smallest act of kindness or just having a listening ear makes a significant difference.🫂

This month, let us spread compassion as we stand together and to remind everyone that they do not have to fight their battles alone. You are seen, you are loved, you are needed. Mental health matters too.❤️‍🩹

🌷 Too often we pour into everything and everyone else, forgetting that our own well-being is the source from which all good flows.

Taking time for yourself is an act of love that allows you to show up fully, with strength and grace, in every part of your life.

So pause, breathe, and give yourself the same kindness and care you so freely give to others. 💛

National Heroes Day is a time to honor the brave Filipinos who fought for our freedom and shaped our nation's identity. 🇵🇭 Let us remember their sacrifices and the values they stood for—courage, resilience, and love of country. Their stories inspire us to continue working towards a better future for the Philippines. ❤️

As we commemorate this day, let's reflect on how we can embody the spirit of our heroes in our daily lives. Whether through acts of kindness, standing up for what is right, or contributing to our communities, we can all be heroes in our own way. 🌟 Mabuhay ang mga bayaning Pilipino! 🏅

Have you learned your CPR?
Let's all celebrate National CPR Day!

👥 The Meradians gathered at The Meradian School Inc. (TMSI) lobby, with the time interval starting at 1:30 pm and ending at 3:30 pm.

CPR meaning Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, is to be taken seriously as it is a matter between life and death. However, we should all know about the 3 C's before doing CPR,
The 1st C is for Check your surroundings,
The 2nd C is for Call the authorities,
The 3rd C is for Compressions.

Learn the calling, learn the protection, learn the responding. Learn the CPR. With CPR, lives' matter🙌❤️‍🩹
