The Pledge 25 Blood Donation Drive officially concluded! 🙌✨ We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the generous donors, dedicated Red Cross Youth volunteers, and supportive partners who made this meaningful initiative successful.
With everyone's compassion and desire to donate, we have collected many donations that are of utmost importance to those in need. Thank you for being heroes in your own way! 💪

UBLC CES Consultation Meeting – Kapeng Barako Project, Barangay Bulacnin ✨☕

On September 9, 2025, we held a consultation with the landowners for the Kapeng Barako Project.

From the discussion, it was agreed to establish the Bulacnin Coffee Planters Association, Inc. — a group open not only to women but also to men who wish to take part in strengthening our coffee industry. 🌱☕

The women’s association will continue to be organized and encouraged to join the Coffee Planters Association, making coffee farming a sustainable source of livelihood for women in the community. 💪👩‍🌾👨‍🌾

Also joining us in this gathering was Atty. Manalo, who provided guidance during the discussion.

🌍 TYLE x CCJE Clean-Up Drive 🌍

Last September 6, 2025, we launched our SECOND Monthly Clean-Up Drive at Barangay Bulacnin, Lipa City together with Brgy. Captain and officials, Criminology students, CCJE staff, and faculty members.

🧹 Sustaining Safe and Clean Communities through Collective Action 💪

The University of Batangas Lipa City, in partnership with Katigbak Kati’s Farm, held the CES Coffee Training Seminar with the theme “Buhayin at Payabugin ang Kapeng Barako Para sa Kinabukasan.”

The event took place last September 4, 2025, at the Coffee Academy in Kati’s Farm, Brgy. Tipakan, Lipa City. UBLC students, CES Coordinators, and participants from the partner Barangay Bulacnin took part in the seminar, which focused on the preservation and advancement of Kapeng Barako, emphasizing its role in sustaining local culture, economy, and the future of coffee farming in Batangas.

Through shared knowledge and collaboration, the seminar highlighted the importance of keeping Kapeng Barako thriving for generations to come.

Last Aug 19, 2025, our organization, together with AFBE and our college— College of Management and Tourism, proudly conducted a community ocular at Barangay Bulacnin in Lipa City as part of our new extension services project. 🩷💛🐝

This initiative aims to foster stronger community ties and identify areas where we can make a meaningful impact. ✨

🧹 Sustaining Safe and Clean Communities through Collective Action 💪

UBLC, through its Social Enterprise Project “Bulacnin Kapeng Pangkabuhayan ng Kababaihan,” met with Col. Kati Katigbak on July 1, 2025 at his farm in Brgy. Tagbakin, Lipa City. Joined by faculty researchers, CES coordinators, and Brgy. Bulacnin officials, the team discussed support for local coffee planting.

Col. Katigbak pledged to provide Liberica coffee seedlings and shared insights from his Coffee Academy project. This partnership strengthens efforts to support women’s livelihood and promote Lipa’s Kapeng Barako heritage.

In support of the University of Batangas’ extension service initiatives, The Young Law Enforcers (TYLE) under the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) proudly launches a Monthly Clean-Up Drive at Barangay Bulacnin, Lipa City – our adopted community.

🧹 Theme: “Sustaining Safe and Clean Communities through Collective Action” This meaningful initiative supports UN Sustainable Development Goal 11 –💠 Sustainable Cities and Communities – promoting inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable human settlements.

𝓢𝓮𝓻𝓿𝓲𝓬𝓮 𝓽𝓸 𝓕𝓮𝓵𝓵𝓸𝔀𝓶𝓮𝓷:

UBian’s Punla Para sa Kalikasan, now on its second year, was held at the UBLC Gymnasium following the thanksgiving mass at the UBLC Multipurpose Hall. Administrators, chiefs of offices, faculty members, employees, and student representatives gathered to plant a seed that they will nurture in the Envi-Campus Seedling Nursery. The initiative continues to represent growth and renewal while encouraging environmental responsibility within the UBian community.
