𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬

The 321st Department of Military Science and Tactics of the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬-𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭, commences its 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐘, 𝐃𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐅 𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐊𝐒, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐍 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 𝐎𝐅 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃 of the Advanced Officers and Basic Cadets and Cadettes was held at PhilSCA-FAB Gymnasium last 17 May 2025, which was supervised by Military Training Instructors of the 3rd Air Reserve Center.

In a military organization, the Donning of Ranks is a formal event that signifies a promotion for all personnel who successfully complete their time in service. Through their dedication, hard work, and sacrifices inside the organization, the cadets have earned the right to assume greater responsibilities.

After the donning of ranks, the Outgoing Corps Commander, C/COL STEFFEN ANGELO A MALASA 1CL relinquishes his command for the turn over of Saber Sword for the incoming Corps Commander, C/ CPT KHALIL JAN VINCENT A DE GUZMAN 2CL.

Additionally, as a testament to their dedication and their dedication to the organization, the graduating Advanced First Class Officers and Basic Cadets got their diplomas and certificates, marking yet another milestone.

To finish the program, an inspirational message was delivered by 2LT SARAH G CUEVAS PAF, the School Commandant of the Philippine State College of Aeronautics - FAB Campus.

With that, the 321st Department of Military Science and Tactics (DMST) of PhilSCA- ROTC Unit congratulates all Snappy Advanced Officers and Basic Cadets!

𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗖 𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗦/𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗦!

The PhilSCA Basic ROTC A.Y. 2024-2025 will have its 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐂𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐘 on Saturday, May 17, headed by the 3rd Air Reserve Center (ARCen).

Basic cadets/cadettes are required to adhere to the proper uniform guidelines provided for both males and females. It is essential to maintain appropriate grooming, ensure a proper haircut, and exhibit the correct bearings. Adherence to inspection procedures is mandatory and should be enforced rigorously.

‎The PhilSCA Basic ROTC A.Y. 2024-2025 commenced its 𝟏4𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘 for the 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 on Saturday, 10 May 2025 at 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲 headed by the 3rd ArCen. It was headed by Military Training Instructors namely, 𝐌𝐒𝐆 𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐀 𝐉𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐎 𝐏𝐀𝐅, 𝐌𝐒𝐆 𝐑𝐎𝐘 𝐁 𝐕𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐋 𝐏𝐀𝐅, 𝐒𝐒𝐆 𝐍𝐎𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐄 𝐏 𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐎𝐍𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐅, 𝐒𝐒𝐆 𝐄𝐃𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐃 𝐕𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑 𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎𝐂𝐃𝐎𝐂 𝐏𝐀𝐅, 𝐒𝐒𝐆 𝐑𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐁 𝐆𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐈𝐁𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐅, 𝐒𝐒𝐆 𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀 𝐌 𝐆𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐅, 𝐓𝐒𝐆 𝐀𝐈𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐍 𝐆 𝐒𝐈𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐀𝐅, and 𝐒𝐆𝐓 𝐆𝐋𝐀𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐒 𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐙 𝐏𝐀𝐅.

‎The 14th Training Day started with the accounting and formation of the basic cadets and cadettes at Santuario De La Paz Memorial Park.

‎Moreover, Basic Cadets and Cadettes as well as the advance officers also participated in the Familiarization Firing of M-16 Rifle A1.

The PhilSCA Basic ROTC A.Y. 2024-2025 commenced its 𝟏𝟑𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘 for the 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 on Saturday, 3 May 2025 at 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 - 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺 headed by the 3rd ArCen. It was headed by Military Training Instructors namely, 𝐌𝐒𝐆 𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐀 𝐉𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐎 𝐏𝐀𝐅.

The 13th Training Day started with the accounting and formation of the basic cadets and cadettes. It was then followed by the flag raising ceremony.

Moreover, Basic Cadets and Cadettes also participated in cleaning the Area of Responsibility (AOR). Additionally, to enrich the basic cadets and cadettes about the basic military drills, the ROTC Advanced Officers demonstrated the proper ex*****on of the drills. And lastly, the practice for the graduation was also conducted to familiarize them of the flow of program.

The Basic Cadets and Cadettes of PhilSCA-FAB ROTC Unit had their 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 on 26 April 2025, which was administered by the ROTC Advanced Officers and supervised by the Military Training Instructors from the 3rd Air Reserve Center (ARCen) namely 𝐌𝐒𝐆 𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐀 𝐉𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐎 𝐏𝐀𝐅, NCOIC, 𝐀𝐖 𝐆𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐂𝐀 𝐉𝐎𝐘 𝐀 𝐅𝐔𝐒𝐈 𝐏𝐀𝐅, and 𝐀𝐌 𝐄𝐃𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐁 𝐘𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐅.

In order to further enhance the Basic Cadets' and Cadettes' knowledge, the ROTC Advanced Officers conducted drills and ceremonies following the aforementioned exam.

𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗖 𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗦/𝗖𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗦!

The 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 for the 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 will be conducted on Saturday, 26 April 2025.

Every basic cadet/cadette must make the necessary preparations and guarantee their attendance on the given day.

The PhilSCA Basic ROTC A.Y. 2024-2025 commenced its 𝟗𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘 for the 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑 on Saturday, 29 March 2025 at 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 - 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺 headed by the 3rd ArCen. It was headed by Military Training Instructors namely, 𝐒𝐒𝐆 𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀 𝐌 𝐆𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐅, 𝐀𝐌 𝐄𝐃𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐁 𝐘𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐅, and 𝐀𝐖 𝐆𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐂𝐀 𝐉𝐎𝐘 𝐀 𝐅𝐔𝐒𝐈 𝐏𝐀𝐅.

The 9th Training Day started with the accounting and formation of the basic cadets and cadettes. It was then followed by the flag raising ceremony.

Furthermore, lectures were discussed to the Basic Cadets and Cadettes. Promotion of Reservists Officers and Enlisted Personnel Eligible for 02 TL 05 were discussed by 𝐒𝐒𝐆 𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐀 𝐌 𝐆𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐈𝐀 𝐏𝐀𝐅; Familiarization of M14 Rifle was discussed by 𝐂/ 𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐄𝐋𝐎 𝐀 𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐀 𝟏𝐂𝐋; and Familiarization of CAL .45 Pistol was discussed by 𝐀𝐌 𝐄𝐃𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐁 𝐘𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐏 𝐏𝐀𝐅.
