Upon the recommendation of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, and in view of the continuing inclement weather due to the effects of TS Florita (moderate to heavy rains) the Provincial Government of Batangas, as per Gov. DoDo Mandanas, declares that classes, in private and public schools, from kindergarten to senior high school, are suspended tomorrow, 24 August 2022, in the whole Province of Batangas.

Wellness Break for Students and Lasallian Partners

The Mental Health Wellness Break, scheduled on November 1-6, 2021, for DLSL Lasallian Partners includes students. This serves as a breather for students to limit their time online and de-stress. The week-long respite is meant to give time to engage in calming, energizing and relaxation self-care activities. There are plenty of ways to optimize the break.

While it’s okay not to be okay, it is always good to examine thoughts, feelings, behaviors and physical wellness as well. This will be our collective project for next week: focus on being positive and staying well. Start to plan your week for a better and healthier you!
