Mula Setyembre 5 hanggang Oktubre 5, ipinagdiriwang natin ang National Teachers' Month na may temang "Gurong Filipino para sa Batang Filipino,” bilang pagkilala sa pagpapamalas ng kahanga-hangang dedikasyon ng ating mga g**o sa buong bansa upang makapaghatid ng dekalidad na edukasyon sa ating mga mag-aaral—simula noon, maging ngayon sa gitna ng pandemya.

Sama-sama nating tunghayan ang Virtual Ceremonial Kick-off ng selebrasyong ito sa livestream ng DepEd Philippines sa Lunes, 7 Setyembre 2020, sa ganap na 8:30 ng umaga, na pangungunahan ng DepEd Region 1.

May the power of resurrection invigorate us to spark hope in our communities through our acts of service, love, and compassion. The Lord is risen — and we will rise too. 🌿🌏❤️

This Holy Saturday, may we learn to accept the sorrows that last for a night, as we await with trust and confidence the joy that comes at Easter. ✝️

May we continue to trust in the Lord as we endure through the challenges that we face in present times, and may his grace, peace, and love surround and keep us all.

May this time allow us to reflect, thank the Lord for His protection and grace, and be united in His love despite being physically apart. Let us extend our love and compassion to one another during this time, especially to those who need it most and receive it least.

Habang ginugunita natin ang kadakilaan ng mga Pilipinong sundalo noong Ikalawang Digmaang Pandaigdig, bigyan natin ng pagpupugay at taos-pusong pasasalamat ang mga makabagong bayani natin ngayon para sa ipinamamalas nilang tapang at giting sa gitna ng laban para sa kaligtasan at buhay ng bawat Pilipino.
