Sa Memorandum Circular No. 131 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto, ipinag-utos ng Malacaรฑang ang pagpapatupad ng naaangkop na alternative work arrangements sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan at alternative learning modes at learning continuity measures sa mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan bukas, ๐€๐ ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ, bilang paghahanda sa inaasahang patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng habagat.

Ang hakbang ay alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) at dahil sa banta ng localized flooding at mga panganib sa paglalakbay dulot ng patuloy na pag-ulan.

Ipatutupad ang alternative work arrangements at alternative learning modes sa ๐๐”๐Ž๐๐† ๐‹๐€๐‹๐€๐–๐ˆ๐†๐€๐ ๐๐† ๐๐€๐“๐€๐๐†๐€๐’.

Hindi sakop ng alternative work arrangements ang mga ahensyang may kinalaman sa pagbibigay ng basic at health services, paghahanda at pagtugon sa mga sakuna at kalamidad

Ang mga Contract of Service (COS) at Job Order (JO) workers na ilalagay sa alternative work arrangements ay patuloy na tatanggap ng kaukulang sahod o bayad, alinsunod sa umiiral na mga patakaran at regulasyon.

Ipinauubaya ng Malacaรฑang sa mga Local Chief Executives ang kapangyarihang mag-pasiya kung kinakailangang suspendihin ang pasok sa mga lugar na kanilang nasasakupan na hindi napabilang sa memorandum circular.

Nasa diskresyon naman ng pamunuan ng pribadong sektor ang pagdeklara ng suspensyon sa trabaho.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

TINGNAN: ALUMNI ASSOCIATION GENERAL ALUMNI MEETING 2026

Isang makabuluhang pagtitipon ang isinagawa ng San Celestino Integrated National High School Alumni Association noong August 9, 2026 sa TVL Laboratory ng San Celestino Integrated National High School.

Tinalakay sa pagpupulong ang mahahalagang usapin para sa patuloy na pagkakaisa at pag-unlad ng Alumni Association, kabilang ang financial report, distribution ng alumni souvenir program at iba pang mahahalagang agenda.

Naging mas espesyal ang pagtitipon sa pagdiriwang ng kaarawan ng ating Alumni President, Mr. Armando M. Adaya. Nakiisa ang mga Alumni Officers at members sa pagbati at pag-alay ng simpleng birthday celebration bilang pasasalamat sa kanyang pamumuno at paglilingkod sa samahan.
