The De La Salle Lipa Alumni Association, Inc. successfully held Berde Run: Berde para sa Isla Verde at The Outlets at Lipa, bringing together runners, families, students, alumni, and members of the community for a morning of fitness, fellowship, and service.
Held near the Aboitiz Pitch (Football Field), the community fun run featured 3K, 5K, and 10K categories, giving participants the opportunity to run not only for their health and well-being but also for a meaningful cause. The event was open to everyone, reflecting the Associationโs commitment to building partnerships beyond the Lasallian community.
More than a running event, Berde Run was organized to support the Associationโs planned outreach initiatives in Isla Verde, particularly the provision of community first-aid kits and first-aid training. Through every stride, participants helped raise awareness and resources for communities in need.
The successful event was made possible through the support of participants, sponsors, partners, volunteers, and the many individuals who shared their time and resources. Berde Run demonstrated that when a community comes together with a common purpose, every step can create a lasting impact.
