It's Mabini!

Did you know that 𝐀𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐧𝐢 is famously known as the "𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧" ( 𝐔𝐭𝐚𝐤 𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐧 ) and the "𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜".

He wasn't paralyzed from birth, Mabini contracted polo in 1895, which completely paralyzed his lower extremities by January 1896. He continued to work, write, and serve his country by only sitting.

He served as 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 and as Emilio Aguinaldo's 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫 during the First Philippine Republic.
