You debug our thinking, refactor our mistakes, and push the updates that shape who we become. 🚀

This year marks 60 years since the 1966 ILO/UNESCO Recommendation concerning the Status of Teachers, 60 years of protecting the profession and pushing for the respect it deserves. 🌍

🃏 WELCOME TO THE BORDERLAND 🃏

A new game commences. This October, we celebrate the Cybersecurity Awareness Month, a global initiative that raises awareness about online safety and empowers everyone to protect and secure their digital endeavors. 🔐

The National Cybersecurity Alliance's theme this 2026 is "Don't Make It Easy for Them", highlighting the importance of every habit, whether big or small, in protecting ourselves from cybercrime. In this game, one careless click can cost you everything.

To help you survive, we're launching Take-a-Byte, a weekly online campaign that serves up easy-to-digest, "byte-sized" content on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital wellness. Every week, a new round begins, and every byte you take is a clue that gets you closer to clearing the game. 🗝️

Each round, we aim to help you:
♦️ Build foundational understanding of basic cybersecurity and networking fundamentals, common cyber threats, and safe online habits.
♠️ Connect cybersecurity to real-world context and recognize its impact in daily life.
♣️ Encourage informed digital citizenship related to technological policies, issues, and events.
♥️ Promote holistic digital well-being and security.
