💜 Gender and Development Training | August 31, 2026 | Villa Escudero Plantations and Resort

San Lucas Elementary School teaching and non-teaching personnel conducted Gender and Development (GAD) Training held on August 31, 2026, at Villa Escudero Plantations and Resort.

The training provided participants with an opportunity to strengthen their understanding of gender-responsive principles and practices, while promoting greater awareness of gender equality, inclusivity, and respect in the school community.

Through discussions, learning activities, and collaborative engagements, the personnel gained insights that can support the integration of GAD perspectives into their respective roles and responsibilities.

The activity underscores the school’s continuing commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and gender-responsive learning and working environment.
