To All NSTP Students:

All students with existing medical conditions, physical conditions, or other health-related concerns are required to submit a photocopy of their Medical Certificate to the NSTP Office, VMB, 2nd Floor, immediately after the NSTP Orientation.

Attention, all incoming first-year students of Batangas State University – The National Engineering University, Lipa Campus.

Please be informed about the NSTP Orientation Schedule for Academic Year 2026–2027 happening on August 22, 2026 at the Assemblyman Rafael R. Recto Gymnasium.

⏰ First Session – 7:00 AM
• College of Accountancy and Business Economics
• College of Information and Computing Sciences

⏰ Second Session – 10:00 AM
• College of Art and Sciences
• College of Teacher Education
• College of Engineering Technology

All students are encouraged to arrive on time and follow the schedule assigned to their respective colleges. For any questions or clarifications, kindly coordinate with your NSTP instructor or authorized personnel.

Kinakailangan muna ninyo na umattend ng NSTP Orientation na gaganapin sa Aug. 22 (F2F) para sa mga importanteng detalye kung paano pumili ng NSTP component tulad ng CWTS, LTS o ROTC.

📌 MAHAHALAGANG PAALALA

• 16–18 sections lamang ang bubuksan para sa NSTP-CWTS at NSTP-LTS.
• First Come, First Served basis.
• Kapag napuno na ang lahat ng slot para sa CWTS at LTS, ang mga estudyanteng hindi makakakuha ng slot ay awtomatikong mae-enlist sa NSTP-ROTC.

📌Para sa may Medical/Health/ Physical Condition:

Ang mga estudyanteng may Medical/Health/ Physical Condition ay kinakailangang magsubmit ng photocopy ng kanilang Medical Certificate.

📅 Petsa ng Pagsusumite: Agosto 17–20, 2026
📍 Lugar: NSTP Office, VMB-HEB Room 202

Ang Medical Certificate ay pwede na mula sa alinman sa mga sumusunod:

• Health Services Office/Clinic/ Hospital etc. na ginamit ninyo noong enrollment); o
• BatStateU Health Services Office/Clinic na pirmado ng University Physician.

Paalala: Ang lahat ng isusumiteng Medical Certificates ay sasailalim sa evaluation at approval ng NSTP Office.

SUBJECT: STRICT GUIDELINES ON CWTS ENROLLMENT/ENLISTMENT

All NSTP students are hereby strictly instructed to enroll/enlist in CWTS only during their College’s assigned schedule.

📅 Official Schedules:
The schedules for CABE, CAS, CICS, CET, and CTE will be released on Monday via the NSTP page and your Google Classroom.

📝 Enrollment/Enlistment:
Begins on Tuesday.
Enrollment/enlistment outside your College’s designated schedule is strictly prohibited.

⚠️ Consequences of Violation:
Automatic placement in ROTC
Or imposition of a failing grade (5) in your NSTP subject
