Today, we commemorate 𝗠𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗗𝗮𝘆, honoring the 𝗯𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗶.
Known as the 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 and the 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘁𝗶𝗰, he exemplified unwavering patriotism, integrity, wisdom, and selfless service to the Filipino people.

Mabini reminds us that true patriotism is not measured by position or recognition, but by our willingness to use our talents, fulfill our responsibilities, and contribute to the common good. Regardless of our role, each of us has the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our community and our nation.

There will be an Academic Scholarship Examination for Incoming Grades 7 and 11 on April 14, 2026, at 8:00 AM.

Academic Excellence Awardees (With Honors, With High Honors, or With Highest Honors) are eligible to apply for the academic scholarship. Applicants must also have completed the online application for enrollment and have already taken the entrance examination. Those who have not met these requirements are not eligible to apply.

In applying for the said program, follow the steps below:

1. Accomplish the Examination Application Form:

This must be completed before the examination date.

2. Submit any of the following documents signed by the School Principal:
• Academic Excellence Award
• Certificate indicating the Final Grade
• Photocopy of Report Card (with complete grades)
Requirement must be submitted on the day of the examination.

3. Take the onsite scholarship examination on April 14, 2026, at 08:00 AM.

The Mabini Academy extends its heartfelt gratitude to the NBI Regional Office 4-A - Lipa, Batangas, under the leadership of Regional Director Atty. Janet M. Francisco, for their swift action and prompt investigation in response to the recent bomb threat that alarmed our community.

Steps were taken to trace and identify those responsible for the threat, with corresponding actions undertaken to properly address the matter. Your immediate response brought reassurance to our students, teachers, staff, and parents, easing the fear and anxiety that gripped us during this tense period.

September is recognized globally as the 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵. It is a month to remind each other that your voice matters, your life matters, and there is always hope.

Sometimes, the world can feel overwhelming, and it's easy to feel lost or alone. But please remember this: 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲. There is a community that cares about you, and there is always support available.

• If you or a friend is struggling, please talk to a trusted adult. You can reach out to a teacher, your family, or come talk to us in the Guidance Office.
• You can also be a source of support for others. Check in on your friends and simply be a good listener. Kindness can make a world of difference.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT
Update on Bomb Threat Investigation

Following the bomb threat incident last Tuesday at The Mabini Academy, the administration wishes to inform the public that an investigation is actively underway.

A person of interest has already been identified in connection with this incident. The school administration is now pursuing appropriate actions to ensure accountability and to safeguard the well-being of our Mabinian community.

The Mabini Academy strongly condemns such acts, which cause unnecessary fear and disruption and undermine the safety of our students and staff.

We assure our stakeholders that this matter is being addressed with the utmost seriousness. We remain steadfast in upholding a safe, secure, and supportive learning environment for all Mabinians.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT
Bomb Threat Advisory at The Mabini Academy

This morning, The Mabini Academy received an anonymous bomb threat directed at the school. In line with established safety and security protocols, the administration immediately coordinated with the Philippine National Police (PNP) Lipa to ensure the safety of all students, faculty, and staff.

The PNP Lipa together with the Provincial Explosive Ordnance Division and Canine Unit responded and conducted a full inspection of the school grounds and facilities. At 1:45 pm, authorities officially confirmed that the school is clear of any explosives and that the threat was false.

As a precautionary measure, all in-person classes and school activities have been cancelled for the day.

The Mabini Academy strongly condemns this malicious act intended to cause alarm and disrupt the normal operations of the school. We remind everyone that issuing or spreading false threats is a serious crime punishable under the law.

We call on our Mabinian community to remain calm, vigilant, and cooperative at all times. The safety and security of our students, teachers, and staff remain our utmost priority.
