Success Technical and Vocational School, Inc. joins the Duterte Legacy Caravan event held on May 03, 2022 at the Philippine State of Aeronautics (PHILSCA) San Fernando Airbase Gymnasium, Lipa City, Batangas thru the invitation of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Batangas Provincial Office headed by TESDA Provincial Director, Gerardo A. Mercado.

This caravan aims "to bring the basic services of various regional and provincial line agencies closer to the people". Among the agencies joins the event includes Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) among others.

This activity also highlighted the accomplishments of the Duterte administration in pursuit of its 10-point Socio-Economic Agenda and the gains the country achieved in terms of infrastructure development as well as in the area of peace and security.

Success Technical and Vocational School, Inc. (STAVS) in partnership with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to start Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP)

SUCCESS TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, INC. in partnership with Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to start the 1st of the 14th Batch for year 2022 of Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP) on March 22 to April 7, 2022 at Lipa City, Batangas.
Success Technical and Vocational School, Inc. has been approved by TESDA to offer its Program on Driving with National Certification (NC II) in order to mold more defensive drivers in our country.
Aldouz L. Abad, President of Success Technical and Vocational School, Inc., said; “We are delighted to announce that our school has joined our national and global community and we look forward to a long and productive relationship with TESDA. Our school programs help students get ready for the world, equipping them with the skills they need to achieve at school and work.”
TESDA Secretary Isidro Lapeña said, “The training program aims to respond to industry skills requirements for transportation sector operation and produce individuals with 21st Century Skills and compliant to the existing industry standards”.
Jhon Rey A. Calingasan, School Administrator said, “Knowledge is Philippine’s most important raw material and the way to knowledge goes through training and education. Therefore, training and education are absolute necessities in a global society where the demands for our competencies and qualifications are constantly changing. We must consistently develop, become more competent, continue training and education, and master more and more tasks. All this demands training and education will developed the knowledge, attitudes, values and skills of a person, we are very thankful for TESDA for this opportunity and meaningful partnership”.
Provincial Director of TESDA Batangas, Gerardo Mercado said, “This is just the beginning, TESDA will live on to its commitment of empowering the community through skills training and livelihood program”.
We know that training and education must be of high quality and topicality in order to fulfill the demands of the labor market. This gives us good possibilities to be at the cutting edge of the development in society, thus enabling us to offer the training and education called for tomorrow’s TESDA’s “Abot Lahat!” which brings and provides globally competitive students, who are academically and vocationally competent through quality education with adequate school facilities, nurtured knowledge. Attitudes, values, skills and strong partnership with its international and national stakeholders and the community.
