This quote sounds empowering but could be the underlying issue of why we remain so complacent about certain situations we are in. The surges of Habagat not only bring winds and rain we experience right now for it especially bring floods which in turn also bring a dangerous and deadly bacterial disease we call

Let us be vigilant, careful, and especially cautious in times where not just the season of rain and strong winds are our so called enemy.

๐ŸŒปโค๏ธ
