Parent-Teacher Conference and Card Signing for Term 1

The Gaudencio B. Lontok Memorial Integrated School conducted its Parent-Teacher Conference and Card Signing for Term 1 on September 12, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, attended by parents and learners from both Elementary and Junior High School.

The activity began with a General Assembly at the school gymnasium, hosted by Dr. Arnel C. Lucing, Assistant to the School Principal, who served as the emcee throughout the program. He facilitated the flow of the program and introduced the various parts of the assembly, during which important school matters, announcements, and updates were presented. Dr. Angelo M. Mendoza, School Principal III, reported on the school’s accomplishments and achievements for Term 1, highlighting the learners’ outstanding performances in various sports and competitions.

The assembly also included the introduction of the newly designated Project Development Officer, as well as the announcement of an additional new item for the Junior High School and substitute teachers for the Elementary Department.
After the General Assembly, the teachers and parents proceeded to their respective classrooms for the card signing. Teachers discussed the learners’ academic performance, progress, and areas for improvement with their parents.

The activity served as an important avenue for strengthening communication and partnership between the school and parents. Through collaboration and shared commitment, the school community continues to support the academic growth, development, and success of every learner.

🏗️ SCHOOL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT: PHASE 3 UNDERWAY
The Phase 3 Physical Facilities Development focuses on the enhancement of the Auditorium Building, including the installation of an LED wall and solar panels, the paving of the ground area, and the improvement of the drainage system.

A meeting and conference was conducted on September 2, 2026, at the mess hall of the Auditorium Building, headed by Dr. Angelo M. Mendoza, Principal III, together with Dr. Arnel C. Lucing, Assistant to the School Principal, selected faculty members, barangay officials, representatives from DPWH Lipa, and representatives from Congressman Ryan Recto.

This collaborative effort reflects our shared commitment to providing a safer, more functional, and improved learning environment for our learners and the entire school community. 🏫✨
