With commendable dedication and excellence, Mr. James Riv T. Jopia of the College of Engineering Technology earned Rank 3 in the Ten Outstanding Students Award (TOSA) 2026 during the Recognition of Academic Honors held at the Assemblyman Rafael R. Recto Gymnasium, Batangas State University – The NEU Lipa, on July 16.

His achievements in academics, leadership, and community service reflect the strength and promise of CET students in shaping the future of engineering technology.

The CET community proudly honors Mr. Jopia for this milestone, celebrating his commitment to innovation, service, and academic distinction.
