Academia De Lipa - Senior High School Supreme Student Government

𝐀𝐃𝐋 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 🙌🏻💚

The Academia De Lipa City, Inc. had successfully conducted 𝐀𝐃𝐋 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐭 last July 31, 2026. The ADL Warriors Meet and Greet initiated by ADL’s coaches, which gathered student-athletes of Academia De Lipa City Inc. to school gymnasium. The program consists of orientation about terms and conditions, the contract signing agreement and the valuable message from the guest speaker.

The programs stated which 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐳𝐚 discussed the terms and conditions of student-athlete must follow. First the academic performance, which must be the general average of 80 and must not receive a failing grade of 74 and below. She also talked about the attendance which emphasizes the discipline and commitment of every student-athlete into training and academics.

Followed by the guest speaker, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐬 who inspired the athletes with his personal journey as student-athlete himself. He recalled the challenges he encountered while pursuing excellence in the classroom and playing field. He emphasized the importance of discipline, time management, and commitment in order to be not just a better athlete but also a better individual.

To conclude the event, the student-athletes and their parents proceed to contract signing to formally confirm the commitment of both the athletes and their parents to comply with the team's rules, regulations, and expectations.

𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴

The Senior High School Department of Academia De Lipa had successfully conducted 𝐒𝐇𝐒 𝐌𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 last July 27-28, 2026. It is a part of the activity by the 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗦𝗚) which is led by SSG Adviser 𝐌𝐬. 𝐋𝐲𝐳𝐚 𝐘𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐩 as an initiative to raise funds for the upcoming activities of the senior high school department. It is an integration to the performance task for PKLP (Pag-aaral sa Kasaysayan at Lipunang Pilipino) subject of Grade 11 and Philosophy (Introduction to Philosophy and Human Person) subject for Grade 12 by watching the movies aligned with history and superstition for respective subjects.

Following the earthquake Magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck southern part of Mindanao, Academia De Lipa had conducted a Department of Education scheduled Simultaneous Earthquake Drill last June 22, 2026 which have been took part by students from different grade levels, teachers and staff, in order to strengthen the earthquake preparedness. The purpose of the disaster-preparedness drill like earthquake drills is to spread awareness and ensure the safety during unexpected disasters.

𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆

The Senior High School Department of Academia De Lipa had successfully conducted 𝐒𝐇𝐒 𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 last June 19, 2026. It is a part of welcoming event for senior high school students for the school year 2026 - 2027. The first week of the school year had officially started. The last day of the first week of school year was used to conduct the 𝐒𝐇𝐒 𝐒𝐲𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 for S.Y. 2026 - 2027 which contains orientation and student interactive activities. To start the first segment of the program SHS School Principal, 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐳 welcomed the students and introduced what was the life as a senior high school student at ADL looks like to help the students set their expectations and take the most opportunities out of it.
To start the main points of orientation, 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐀𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐚 discussed the new trimester system, and the new grading system for the school year. Followed by 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐀𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 who discussed regarding the school rules and regulations which emphasizes discipline and responsibility, especially the proper dress code during online class and wearing school uniforms. On the other hand, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐑𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐳𝐚𝐧𝐚 discussed the penalties and consequences of the violations which can be committed by the student. 𝐌𝐬. 𝐋𝐲𝐳𝐚 𝐘𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐩 introduced the clubs and organizations to encourage them to participate for extra-curricular activities. The organization presented including 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 (𝗣𝗔𝗚), 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 (𝗔𝗦𝗝𝗔) and 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 (𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗦). She discussed the importance of the organizations and role of 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗦𝗦𝗚) in leadership to maintain the peace and organization of the school.

After the recess, the Supreme Student Government proceed with the second segment of the program. The Synergy activity started by team chants followed by the games of the boat is sinking, pass the ball, and luksong tinik. To conclude the program, the students had class picture with their respective adviser as the mark of the new journey as section. After the program, students had their lunch and proceeded to the P.E. orientation afterwards.

As we enter the new school year, we’re going for another chapter in our student life where we experience challenges, hardships and uncertainty. As the chapter comes to an end, we express our deepest gratitude to appreciate each and every one of you. Your hard work, patience, and determination helped to achieve the success you have been dreaming of and became the inspiration for others, especially to the students. You have shown perseverance despite the challenges and have been resilient enough not just to adapt to setbacks but to learn and grow from it.

The journey may not be easy, but the way you cherish those moments with friends and classmates, taking care of things one at a time, and helping each other out—that's what makes the journey special.
