Internship Visitation and Monitoring I September 28, 2026

The Office of On-the-Job Training Lipa Campus (OJT) successfully conducted a visitation and monitoring activity for deployed student trainees at Batangas II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BATELEC II), Laco’s Place, and the Municipality of Cuenca.

This aimed to monitor the students’ progress, check their workplace experiences, and strengthen coordination between the University and our Host Training Establishments (HTEs). Through these visits, we continue to ensure that our student trainees receive meaningful learning experiences while developing the skills, values, and professionalism needed in their future careers.

ANNOUNCEMENT | Post Career Mentoring for Bachelor of Arts in Communication OJT Students

Attention, Communication interns!

Student trainees are required to attach their Post-OJT Counseling Slip to their Technical Report as part of the post-OJT requirements. Hence, they are required to attend the Post Career Mentoring for Midterm A.Y. 2025–2026, which will be conducted by the Office of Guidance and Counseling.

The mentoring session is designed to help interns reflect on their internship journey, evaluate their career readiness, and prepare for their transition into the professional workplace.

Internship Monitoring/ Visitation | July 14, 2026

The Office of the On-the-Job Training conducted a visitation to our partner Host Training Establishments on July 14, 2026, to monitor the internship experience of our Bachelor of Arts in Communication student interns. The student trainees visited during the monitoring were deployed at Midya Serbisyo Production Corporation, Brigada Batangas, St. Francis de Sales Broadcast Center, and J101.5 FM Big Radio.

This initiative reflects our commitment to supporting our interns throughout their internship journey while strengthening our partnerships with our valued Host Training Establishments.

Advisory: Rescheduling of the Internship Training Program Virtual Orientation

Please be informed that the Internship Training Program Virtual Orientation, which was rescheduled today, is rescheduled once again due to a campus wide power interruption caused by an electrical failure.

The orientation will now be held on:

July 15, 2026 (Wednesday)
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

During the orientation, we will discuss the Policies and Guidelines for On-the-Job Training and provide an orientation on the Internship Learning Experience, Alumni, and Placement (ILEAP) Portal.

In the meantime, you may watch the previous OJT Virtual Orientation through the link that will be posted in the comment section.
