The Team Building Activities of PAGYABONG 2026 focused on games that highlighted the importance of teamwork, cooperation, and trust among student leaders. Through different group challenges, participants were encouraged to communicate, support one another, and work together to achieve a common goal.

These activities reminded everyone that leadership is not done alone, it requires collaboration, unity, and the willingness to help each other succeed. Beyond the fun and excitement, the games strengthened friendships and built stronger connections among the participants.

During the session held on March 12, 2026 from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M., Ma’am Yvette shared an important reminder about the essence of leadership. She explained that true leadership is built on three key values: Service, Integrity, and Responsibility.

She emphasized that being a leader means more than holding a position, it means serving others with sincerity, leading with honesty, and being accountable for every action and decision. These values guide student leaders in creating a positive impact within their school and community.

🌱 𝗣𝗔𝗚𝗬𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 🌱

Held on March 12, 2026 from 10:45 – 11:45 A.M., the third session was led by Sir Louijene Espinosa, focusing on environmental leadership and sustainability. He reminded student leaders that leadership is not just about holding a title, but about taking responsibility and turning words into action. Leaders must always walk the talk and practice what they preach, because leadership is not a performance, it is a lifestyle that influences others.

Through initiatives like BYOT (Bring Your Own Tumbler), saying no to single-use plastics, CLAYGO, and waste auditing, he encouraged everyone to help build a Zero Waste Campus and adopt the “Me to We” mindset—doing things not only because they are good for us, but because they are necessary for everyone.

The second session was led by Ma’am Alma G. Dimaano, Assistant Principal, who shared valuable lessons about leadership and decision-making. She reminded student leaders that leadership is not about making the fastest decisions, but about making the wisest ones with careful thought and consideration.

She emphasized that every decision a leader makes carries responsibility, because it does not only affect the leader, but also the people they serve. Sometimes the most popular decision is not always the wisest, which is why leaders must learn to pause, reflect, and think deeply before acting.

Ma’am Alma also highlighted that leadership is a collective effort. A good leader is not the one who does everything alone, but the one who encourages others to act, grow, and become leaders themselves. Through listening to others and carefully weighing choices, leaders are able to make decisions that truly benefit the community.

In the end, she reminded everyone that leadership requires sacrifice, responsibility, and wisdom. Our future will not be determined by one big decision, but by the small decisions we make every day. 🌱✨

She emphasized the importance of faith—faith in God, faith in yourself, and faith in the people who believe in you. Leadership also requires courage to continue even when facing doubts, failures, or challenges.

Ms. Aneequa also shared that leadership begins with self-discovery. Before becoming leaders, we must remember that we are first students who continue to learn and grow. A true student leader uplifts others and leads with sincerity and purpose.
