Cinemathlaya is an independent short film making which delivers mathematical content and acts its value to real life scenario. It is rhymed with the well-known CINEMALAYA where first-time film makers are competing with their entries of high-quality indie films to stir the sen
sibilities of Filipino audience.And for this reason, CINEMATHLAYA was created to discover the potentials of students as aspiring film makers in incorporating mathematics in their films and to arouse the interest of their student audiences in valuing this sophisticated subject in their lives. Naging kawili-wili ang panonood ng mga libu-libong estudyante ng nasabing paaralan dahil bawat pelikula ay ginawang Tagalog short films na may halong matematika na ginampanan ng mga piling estudyante ng Pangasinan NHS.
