The TESDA-Pangasinan School of Arts and Trades informs all trainees and stakeholders that classes are suspended this afternoon, August 27, 2026 (Thursday), in line with the announcement of the Local Government Unit of Lingayen due to the continued heavy rainfall being experienced in the municipality, pursuant to Executive Order No. 75, series of 2026.

Everyone is advised to stay in a safe place, monitor official weather updates and advisories, and prioritize safety at all times.

Ipinagbibigay-alam sa publiko na 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗗𝗢 ang mga klase ngayong hapon, Agosto 27, 2026 (Huwebes), sa lahat ng antas ng mga pampubliko at pribadong paaralan sa Bayan ng Lingayen.

Ang suspensyon ay ipinatutupad bilang pag-iingat bunsod ng patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan na nararanasan sa bayan.

Pinapayuhan ang lahat na manatili sa ligtas na lugar, mag-ingat sa paglalakbay, at patuloy na subaybayan ang mga opisyal na abiso.

Unahin ang kaligtasan sa lahat ng pagkakataon.

The TESDA-Pangasinan School of Arts and Trades joined the celebration of the 2026 National Tech-Voc Day: World Café of Opportunities (WCO) on August 25, 2026, at the Sison Auditorium, Capitol Complex, Lingayen, Pangasinan, as part of the celebration of TESDA’s 32nd Anniversary with the theme “HUSAY. TIBAY. TAGUMPAY.”

Organized by the TESDA-Pangasinan Provincial Office in partnership with the Pangasinan Public Employment Service Office (PESO), the activity brought together jobseekers, employers, and various stakeholders to facilitate employment opportunities, career exploration, and access to employment and skills-related services.

The event highlighted the vital role of Technical-Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in bridging the gap between skilled individuals and employment opportunities. It also provided a platform for jobseekers to showcase their competencies, explore career pathways, and connect with potential employers.

Through its participation, TESDA-PSAT reaffirmed its commitment to delivering quality TVET that equips individuals with relevant and industry-responsive skills, paving the way for employment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.

In accordance with Executive Order No. 71, s. 2026, issued by the Local Government Unit of Lingayen, and pursuant to TESDA-PSAT Advisory No. 08-02, s. 2026, please be informed that Face-to-Face Classes will resume on Wednesday, August 26, 2026.

All trainees are advised to report to their respective classes and training areas as scheduled.

Please be guided accordingly and continue to observe all safety and health protocols.

📢 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟮𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦 & 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

In accordance with the directive of the Municipality of Lingayen, pursuant to Executive Order No. 70, series of 2026, face-to-face classes are suspended on August 25, 2026 (Tuesday). In lieu thereof, Alternative Learning Modes shall be implemented.

For TESDA-PSAT, all concerned trainees are advised to follow the prescribed alternative learning arrangements and coordinate with their respective trainers for further instructions.

Meanwhile, a Work-from-Home (WFH) arrangement shall be implemented for government offices in the Municipality of Lingayen.

These measures are being implemented as a precautionary measure due to the Enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), which may bring heavy rainfall and possible flooding in various areas of the municipality.
