Guided by the theme, โ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฝ๐ค๐๐ฎ, ๐๐๐ฃ๐ฎ ๐๐๐๐ฉ๐จ: ๐๐ค๐ง๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐๐๐ง๐ฉ๐จ, ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐จ, ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐พ๐ค๐ข๐ข๐ช๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐ฎ,โ Day 1 of the College Faculty INSET cm Team Building served as a meaningful opportunity for reflection, growth, and renewed commitment to our shared mission as educators.
The program commenced with inspiring opening remarks from our esteemed College Dean, ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฎ ๐ฆ๐ผ๐ป๐ถ๐ฎ ๐ฆ. ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐, who emphasized the vital role of unity, service, and dedication in fostering a transformative learning environment.
The dayโs learning sessions were enriched by ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐บ๐๐ธ๐ ๐. ๐๐๐ถ๐น๐ฒ๐, Christian Formation Coordinator, who delivered an insightful discussion on โCollege Faculty: Called and SentโReconnect to Action and Align to Mission,โ encouraging faculty members to deepen their sense of vocation and commitment to Catholic education.
This was followed by ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ต๐ฒ๐ป ๐๐ผ๐ต๐ป ๐ฆ. ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ผ๐, Prefect of Discipline, who provided valuable insights on Legal Issues and Student Affairs Concerns, equipping faculty members with essential knowledge in addressing student-related matters with professionalism, responsibility, and care.
