Dr. Butedโ€™s presidency remains an important chapter in the story of Pangasinan State University. As a visionary and transformative leader, he helped shape a culture that embraced innovation, excellence, and meaningful service. His leadership was not only about bringing the University forward, but also about believing in the potential of every PSUnian to contribute to the growth and progress of the institution.

His legacy can be seen not only in the programs, initiatives, and achievements strengthened during his administration, but also in the people he inspired to dream bigger, serve better, and take pride in being part of the PSU community.
