Rebisco Food Group donates food products, educational items to Pang 1

SDO 1 Pangasinan, Lingayen | As a show of compassion and strong partnership, the Rebisco Food Group donated to SDO 1 Pangasinan 669 boxes of food products (hansel, fudgee bar, crossini rolls) and 1,000 set of educational items (bag and school supplies).

In accepting the donations, Superintendent Fatima R. Boado thanked the donor as she said the provisions shall benefit learners from 198 identified schools (for the food products) and 9 schools (for the educational items) across the 33 districts of the schools division.

Some 9 schools in Lingayen, Calasiao, and Bolinao -- localities devastated by recent typhoons -- are set to receive the educational items.

Meanwhile, the 669 boxes of Rebisco products were already turned over to identified schools.

SEPS Aldrin Ocsan, division partnerships focal person, together with SGOD staff and division personnel received the food donations last August 7 while Assistant Schools Division Superintendents Rosario Cabrera and Arlene Casipit, and Administrative Officer V Rafael Irwin Nicolas received the educational items on August 14 from executives of the Rebisco Food Group.

SDO I Pangasinan | Official Update

The Schools Division Office I of Pangasinan successfully convened the 2026 Special Management Committee (MANCOM) Meeting held on July 14, 2026 at the Binmaley Convention Center for the 2nd Congressional District.

Anchored on the theme “Empowering Leadership Through Collaborative Governance,” the meeting gathered key division officials and education leaders to strengthen coordination, align strategic priorities, and reinforce effective governance in the delivery of quality basic education.

This initiative highlights the Division’s continued commitment to excellence, accountability, and unified action in advancing programs and services for all learners.

NGCP's GAMIT NI BULILIT TURNOVER & DISTRIBUTION | Representatives from the National Grip Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) led by Government Relations Officer Atty. Ernest Vidal, together with SocMob and Networking staff led by SEPS Dr. Aldrin Ocsan of the SDO 1 Pangasinan led the distribution in nine (9) identified schools of bags and school supplies courtesy of the NGCP thru its Gamit ni Bulilit Program, a corporate social responsibility project. Distribution in schools were held last July 8-9.

Earlier on July 8, the provisions were formally turned over by the NGCP to the Division Office. The items were received by CID Chief Dr. Carmina Gutierrez, Admin Officer V Dr. Rafael Irwin Nicolas, SGOD EPS Dr. Dulce Tolosa and SMN personnel in the Schools Governance and Operations Division.

Our Division proudly confirms its full compliance with the recent Department of Education Memorandum on the Simultaneous Flag Raising Ceremony in commemoration of the 10th Anniversary of the 2016 South China Sea Arbitral Award.
