9 days down, 9 more to go! We are officially at the midpoint of our Events Management Services NCIII training.

Today, Group 3 from Batch 1 & 2 took the stage to present on "Train Small Group" (Unit 3 of our common competency). They nailed it! Learning how to guide and train small teams is such a crucial part of pulling off flawless events. Keep up the amazing work, everyone!

Day 7/18: Challenge accepted, expectations exceeded!

Our Events Management Services NC III scholars really raised the bar today! Group 1 from both of my batches (50 students strong!) presented the first unit of our common competencies - "ROSTER STAFF".

From the morning session (7 AM - 2 PM) to the evening shift (3 PM - 9 PM), the creativity and innovation on display were unmatched. They managed to keep everyone fully engaged, leading to some of the most productive discussions we've had yet.
