This Women’s Month, we’re gathering under a mission rooted in unity and equity—aligned with our year’s theme "We for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society" and our powerful sub-theme "Lead like the Babaylans!" A tribute to the legendary Filipino leaders who led with wisdom, compassion, and a commitment to lifting their entire communities, this sub-theme calls us to embrace leadership that centers inclusion and collective progress.

You know that line we’ve all heard? It’s more than just words – it’s the feeling of carrying expectations but still finding the strength to soar. It’s what we’re diving deep into at the "We Rise As One" Women’s Month Symposium!

Think about those moments we know too well: being told we’re "not quite right" for a role, or seeing the women in our lives – lolas, ates, friends, or ourselves – work so hard without getting their due. This isn’t a stuffy meeting – it’s a place where we share stories like we’re catching up over coffee, and say "enough" to what holds us back. We’ll talk about fairer workplaces, lifting up girls in our communities, and how all of us can help make things right. Today, we pause to remember and honor all the souls who have gone before us — our family, friends, and loved ones who now rest in God’s eternal embrace. Though they may no longer walk beside us, their love continues to guide, comfort, and inspire us every day.

On this All Souls’ Day, let us offer our prayers for their eternal peace and thank God for the gift of their lives. May the light of our faith remind us that love is stronger than death, and that one day, we will be reunited in His heavenly home. 🕊️✨

On this sacred and solemn day, when the veil between earth and eternity feels thin, we pause to honor the saints—both known and unseen—who walked paths of unwavering faith, love, and sacrifice. They were not perfect, but they were radiant: ordinary souls who carried extraordinary light into the shadows of their time. 🤍

Today, we remember their stories and the quiet legacy of those we’ve loved and lost—grandparents who prayed with calloused hands, friends who fought battles with grace, and strangers whose kindness still ripples through generations. Their lives remind us that holiness is not found in grandeur, but in the small, steadfast acts of courage, compassion, and hope.🕯️✨
