This Women’s Month, we’re gathering under a mission rooted in unity and equity—aligned with our year’s theme "We for Gender Equality and Inclusive Society" and our powerful sub-theme "Lead like the Babaylans!" A tribute to the legendary Filipino leaders who led with wisdom, compassion, and a commitment to lifting their entire communities, this sub-theme calls us to embrace leadership that centers inclusion and collective progress.
