Fridays hit differently when our Scouts take the lead! From building character to mastering real-life skills, our Kid Scouts, KAB Scouts, and Boy Scouts showed true dedication and Scouting spirit today.

Here’s a quick look at what went down:
✅Kid Scouts: Learning early values of helpfulness, teamwork, and character building.

✅ KAB Scouts: Practicing discipline and respect as they execute the proper Scout Sign and Scout Salute.

✅ Boy Scouts: Demonstrating nationalism and precision in executing the proper raising and folding of our Philippine flag.

A truly meaningful and heartwarming day as we celebrate the JICA Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCV) Final Reporting at Liloan Central Elementary School.

Our sincerest gratitude to our dear JICA Volunteer SPED Teacher, Ms. Yuki Kaneoka, and her counterpart, Ms. Wendelyn S. Manos, for generously sharing their knowledge, experiences, and best practices, especially in transition and life skills. Your dedication, collaboration, and genuine love for our learners have made a meaningful impact on our SPED community. ❤️

We are deeply grateful for the presence and continued support of our Local Government Unit (LGU), led by our Hon. Vice Mayor Margo Frasco and Hon. Councilor Bono Yuson.

From our little Twinklers taking their first scouting steps, to our Stars shining even brighter, and our Junior Scouts leading with confidence—last Friday, August 7, 2026, was another beautiful reminder that every small act of learning, helping, and growing makes a big difference.

Watching these young girls laugh, learn, work together, and embrace the true spirit of scouting fills our hearts with pride. Their journey toward becoming strong, kind, and empowered young women begins one scouting activity at a time.

Building Tomorrow’s Leaders Today: First Friday Scouting ⛺️ Path to Purpose

True education extends far beyond classroom walls. This First Friday of August, our Kid Scouts, Kab Scouts and Boy Scouts stepped into the open air to prepare for our upcoming School Camping—not just to learn how to pitch tents or tie knots, but to build the inner strength, discipline, and resilience needed for the real world.

Scouting is more than an activity; it is a movement that transforms young hearts and minds. It teaches our youth that preparedness is a mindset, teamwork is a responsibility, and character is built through action. Every skill mastered today is a stepping stone toward becoming dependable leaders, compassionate citizens, and capable individuals who can navigate whatever life throws their way.

LILOAN CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL School Governance Council (SGC) Organization and Election of Officers

Liloan Central Elementary School successfully conducted its School Governance Council (SGC) Organization and Election of Officers, bringing together representatives from the different sectors of the community.

The activity aimed to strengthen collaboration among stakeholders and promote shared responsibility in supporting the school's programs, projects, and activities.

The event was attended by representatives from the parents, teachers, barangay officials, alumni, youth, religious groups, non-government organizations, and other community stakeholders, showcasing the community's commitment to quality education and school development.

During the meeting, officers were elected to lead the School Governance Council and serve as partners in advancing the goals and vision of Liloan Central Elementary School. The newly elected officers pledged their support and dedication to fostering a productive partnership between the school and the community.

The school administration with the proactive leadership of Dr. Janette P. Cobrado extends its heartfelt gratitude to all participants for their active involvement and unwavering support.

🥛🍪 Milk and Biscuit Distribution | Nutrition Month 2026 🌱💚

Today, our SNED and Kinder learners were filled with smiles as they received milk and biscuits in celebration of Nutrition Month 2026 with the theme, “Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!”

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Family’s Choice by CERES Summit Corporation and Cebu Dela Torre Dental Clinic, especially Ma’am Namue Dela Torre, our Division Nurse, together with Dr. Kenneth Dela Torre, for your generosity and for sharing your blessings with our learners. Your kindness and support have made this celebration even more meaningful.
