🌸 Gender Sensitivity Training: Gender and Development on Planning and Budgeting for School Heads cm Workshop on Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG) for Program Owners 🌸

The Schools Division Office of Ligao City successfully conducted the Gender Sensitivity Training on October 9–10, 2025 at Bernese Resort Hotel, Paulog, Ligao City.

Day 1 gathered our dedicated School Heads for a session on Gender and Development (GAD) Planning and Budgeting, while

Day 2 brought together Program Owners for an insightful workshop on the Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG).

The sessions were ably facilitated by Dr. Joe-Bren L. Consuelo, OIC-Assistant Schools Division Superintendent of SDO San Pedro City, who shared his expertise and advocacy in promoting gender equality and inclusive governance in education.

👏 This initiative strengthens our commitment to integrating gender perspectives in all programs, projects, and activities — ensuring that our schools continue to be safe, inclusive, and empowering spaces for all.
