After her presentation, the VP declared that she would forgo the opportunity to defend the OVP budget and leave it to the House to decide on the submitted budget 2025:
VP: "Madam chair, my answer for every question, maybe, I will forgo the opportunity to defend the budget of the OVP through a question and answer, and I will leave it to the House to decide on the budget submitted. So magsasayang tayo ng oras dito, paulit-ulit yong sagot."
Madam Chair: "That is... acceptable to us... Unless are there any objections? (Hearing none)
That is acceptable to us"
VP: "Okay."
A few moments later...
VP: "I will not repeat my answer every time there is a question. May I seek permission that every time there is a question that is my answer?"
Madam Chair: "Madam Chair, I will call you and you can do as you please. Madam chair. But I will recognize you."
VP: "Okay. And then madam chair, may I be given the opportunity to explain why I will not and I will forgo the opportunity to defend the budget in a question and answer in the committee and leave it to the House of Representatives to decide on the budget submitted?"
In chorus:
Rep1: "Madam Chair?..."
Rep2: "Point of order"
Rep1: " Kasi po tapos na ang time kanina. That was the opportunity..." (please watch the video for this. Taas kaayo iyang istorya).
Madam Chair: "Tama po. ... We will proceed with the question and ..."
Rep2: "Madam Chair, point of order...)
(Daghan na dayon istorya... ang point kay wala na gitagaan ang VP og chance to explain why she will forgo the opportunity to defend the OVP budget for 2025.)
Unya ni reklamo sila na almost same jud iyang answer sa halos tanan nilang panguta for more than 4 hours. True to her words jud. Nanindigan sa iyang gisulti from the start. Unya nasuko sila kay wala sila ka uyon sa "paulit-ulit" na answer nya?
Naunsa na man ni? Okay ra ni sila?
