We joyfully celebrate the recently concluded BSP-PLTC (Patrol Leaders Training Course), a meaningful event that strengthened leadership, teamwork, and service among our young Scouts. Through this training, participants gained valuable knowledge, honed their skills, and deepened their commitment to the Scout Oath and Law.

This accomplishment is a testament to the dedication of our Scouts, the guidance of our committed leaders, and the support of parents, schools, and the community. May the lessons learned continue to inspire our Scouts to become responsible leaders and active citizens, living out the true spirit of scouting in their daily lives.

Truly, the BSP-PLTC was not just a training, but a stepping stone towards building future leaders who embody discipline, integrity, and service to others.

Kapayawi Elementary School - Isang maalab na pagbati ng pasasalamat at pagpupugay sa lahat ng nakiisa at nakibahagi sa matagumpay na pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika! Ang ating pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika ay naging makabuluhan at makulay dahil sa pagkakaisa, sipag, at galing ng bawat isa—mga g**o, mag-aaral, magulang, at buong pamayanan. Sinimulan ang pagdiriwang sa mga ibat ibang larong Pinoy na sinundan naman ng pagkorona sa Hari at Reyna ng Buwan ng Wika sina Haring Noah-1 at Reyna Julia - 1 kasama ng kanilang maharlikang angkan.

Ang tema ngayong taon ay nagsilbing paalala na ang ating wika ay hindi lamang daluyan ng ating damdamin at kaisipan, kundi isang sandata upang pag-ibayuhin ang ating pagkakakilanlan at pagkakaisa bilang Pilipino. Sa pamamagitan ng ating mga gawain, patimpalak, at pagtatanghal, muli nating pinatunayan na buhay at patuloy na yumayabong ang ating wikang pambansa.

Nawa’y magsilbi itong inspirasyon upang patuloy nating pangalagaan, ipalaganap, at ipagmalaki ang ating sariling wika—dahil ito ang susi sa tunay na pagkakaunawaan at pagkakaisa ng sambayanan.

Muli, maraming salamat at mabuhay ang wikang Filipino!

The Kapayawi Elementary School successfully held the Launching of the ARAL Program 2025 on August 19, 2025, at 1:30 in the afternoon at the school’s Social Hall. The program was conducted to formally introduce and implement the ARAL Program which aims to strengthen and support learners in enhancing their academic performance and holistic development.

A Message of Solidarity from Mrs. Irene C. Sibla (PTA President), and Ms. Chantel Enopia (SK Chairman). Their collective messages affirmed the partnership of the school, parents, barangay officials, and other stakeholders in supporting learners’ academic growth.

The highlight of the event was the Symbolic Signing of Commitment to Support the ARAL Program by the SK Chairman, PTA President and Officers, and representatives from teachers, SELG Officers, parents, and other stakeholders. This symbolic act signified their shared responsibility and united goal in ensuring the success of the ARAL initiative.

The ARAL Program Launching at Kapayawi Elementary School was a meaningful and successful event that brought together the school, parents, local officials, and stakeholders in a collaborative effort to provide continuous academic support for learners. It marked a strong commitment to address learning challenges and to ensure that every child is given the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations and deepest gratitude to everyone who made the Division Supreme Elementary Learners Government (SELG) Learners Convergence a remarkable success!

This event served as a powerful platform for our young leaders across the division to gather, collaborate, and grow in leadership, service, and unity. Through a series of meaningful sessions, inspiring talks, and interactive activities, our SELG officers were empowered to become proactive advocates of positive change in their respective schools and communities.

The convergence highlighted the core values of makadiyos, makatao, makakalikasan, and makabansa, reminding us all that leadership is not just about holding a title — it is about leading with purpose, compassion, and responsibility.

To all the learners, advisers, speakers, and facilitators — thank you for your active participation, energy, and commitment. Your dedication has truly made this event a memorable milestone in our shared journey toward excellence and nation-building.
