Donque, Ed.D. para mailapit ang ilan sa mga pangunahing serbisyong mayroon ang unibersidad sa mga mag-aaral, g**o, at staff ng Libungan Campus.

Nanguna rin ang lider estudyanteng si Muhajar D. Samad ng University Student Government para sa isang pagpupulong at konsultasyon kasama ang USM PALMA Local at Autonomous Student Governments.

Fokus ng taunang event na ito na bigyan ng oryentasyon ang mga 1st year students tungkol sa mga maaari nilang pakinabangang serbisyo mula sa unibersidad pati na rin ang kanilang mga karapatan at mga tungkulin.

A coordination meeting was conducted with the Head of Montay Elementary School, Jean B. Clavel, MAEM, and Gulayan sa Paaralan coordinators, Loida C. Vladerama, MAEd and Albert B. Berja, MAEd. The meeting focused on discussing a future extension program collaboration to strengthen and enhance the implementation of the school's Gulayan sa Paaralan initiative. Also present were Basser L. Wagia, MSc, Extension Coordinator of the USM PALMA Cluster Campuses, and Leo M. Gayao, MSc, Program Coordinator of the Agriculture Department, who discussed potential areas of partnership and collaborative activities with Montay Elementary School.
