The best of both worlds: delicious and nutritious!😋

Woohoo! Last July 7, 2025, Grade 9 Dalton earned 2nd place in the NutriCooking Contest (Grade 9 category) with their delicious and nutritious Chicken Tinola!🤩

This nutritious tinola is a comforting and healthy Filipino classic, made with tender chicken, ginger, and a variety of vegetables. Packed with vitamins and minerals, it's perfect for boosting your immune system and providing a nourishing meal—a perfect balance of flavor and health! 🍗🌿😋

Huge thanks to our chefs, Krisha, Pauleen, Bryzza, Rolyn, and Jhonvic, for proudly representing our section with pride and dedication; to our very supportive class adviser, Teacher Lonet, for supporting your students throughout the NutriCooking Contest; and to everyone, named or unnamed, who supported us and helped in small or big ways. On July 18th, 2025, Grade 9 Dalton showcased a lively and passionate Nutrijingle during the Nutrition Month at Kinawe National High School, with the theme “Food and nutrition security, maging priority! Sapat na pagkain, karapatan natin!” ✨💪🏼

We demonstrated our passion, cooperation, and unwavering teamwork. We showed perseverance and dedication by giving our all to learn every note and move despite having little time to prepare. We might not have won, but the experience inspired us for more tasks to come, sparked personal development, and produced priceless memories. 🥹🫶🏻

We are incredibly grateful to God, our loving parents, dedicated teachers, and especially our inspiring adviser, Teacher Lonet, whose unwavering belief and support fueled our passion. This experience showcased the power of teamwork and collaboration. 🥹🩵
