From Libon Community College, the College Student Council proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ช๐๐ก๐ ๐. ๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ข CSC president, who secured ๐ง๐๐ ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ง ๐ฅ๐จ๐ก๐ก๐๐ฅ-๐จ๐ฃ in the ๐ฃ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ก๐ง๐๐ฆ๐ง during the celebration of ๐๐๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฌ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, held on September 8, 2026, at ๐ฆ๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ฌ ๐๐๐๐๐ญ๐ฃ๐, ๐๐๐๐๐ฌ.
This achievement is more than a title. Behind it are the days of preparation, moments of pressure, challenges faced, and the determination to keep going until she finally stood on that stage and gave her best.
In her speech, Andrea shared a powerful reminder:

Her message reminds us that literacy is not simply about reading words. It is about understanding, thinking critically, continuing to learn, and using knowledge to help others. When we learn and share what we know, we help create a community that is more aware, connected, and empowered.
Andrea did not stand on that stage for herself alone. She carried the name of ๐๐๐๐ข๐ก ๐๐ข๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ก๐๐ง๐ฌ ๐๐ข๐๐๐๐๐ with pride. She showed that students from a community college have the talent, confidence, and determination to stand on a provincial stage and make their voices heard.
