San Jose NHS Scouts’ Guild Participates in BSP Patrol and Crew Leader Training
The San Jose NHS Scouts’ Guild actively participated in the BSP Patrol and Crew Leader Training held at DREESMNHS.
The training brought together young Scouts who took part in discussions, practical activities, and teamwork exercises aimed at strengthening their leadership skills and understanding of their responsibilities as Patrol and Crew Leaders.
The participants gained valuable lessons on discipline, communication, cooperation, responsibility, and leading by example. More than learning how to lead, the training reminded the Scouts that true leadership is about serving others, working as a team, and setting a good example.
The participation of the San Jose NHS Scouts’ Guild reflects the Scouts’ commitment to learning, leadership, and service as they continue to grow through the Scouting Movement.
