This recognition is a testament to the dedication and excellence of our entire school community.

IN PHOTOS: PINONOY PRIMARY SCHOOL CONDUCTS 2024 MOVING UP CEREMONY AND RECOGNITION DAY

Highlighting the Kindergarten, Grades I to IV learners knowledge, skills and values as resilient and determined learners , Pinonoy Primary School conducts it’s 2024 Moving Up Ceremony and Recognition Day on May 29, 2024 at Pinonoy Multi-Purpose Pavement with the theme, “Kabataang Pilipino para sa Matatag na Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas”.

The event recognized eight (8) Kindergarten Completers
from class 2023-2024. The confirmation of completion
was done by the Head Teacher Il of Calacabian ES, Mr.
Renan N. Nacor. On the other hand, twenty-five (25)
awardees were also honored from different grade levels.

Mr. Vienill Jay P. Dagon, LPT former pupil of Pinonoy PS SY 1997-2000 who is now a Teacher III of Libacao Central Elementary School inspired the completers and awardees with his words of wisdom emphasizing the importance of perseverance and lifelong learning.

Outstanding Parents, Outstanding Teachers and
Outstanding Stakeholders were also recognized.

The event was also participated by the barangay
officials, spearheaded by Barangay Captain Hon.
Felotila Z. Fanco II, who gave incentives to honor pupils, SB Member Hon. Clarence Pantoja
along with other internal and external stakeholders.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Pinonoy Barangay Officials headed by our Barangay Captain, Hon. Felly Fanco, Pinonoy Basketball Association Members headed by Mr. Elmer Nacubuan, and Pinonoy Barangay Auxiliary Police headed by Mr. Richard Sendon for devoting their time and efforts in cleaning our school garden. The Pinonoy Primary School community is buzzing with pride and honor as Vhal Khian Zambrona Remola, former pupil (K-Grade 4) of Pinonoy Primary School has made waves in the music world by clinching the top spot in the Instrumental Solo Guitar Competition during the RASUC IV Culture and the Arts Conference and Festival Competition on March 24, 2024.

His achievement not only brings pride but also serves as an inspiration to the pupils of Pinonoy PS. #

In the realm of education, there emerges a beacon of dedication and innovation—Ms. Renneth Zapico Villorente, a seasoned educator with a decade of commitment to the Department of Education.

Amidst the challenges of a pandemic, Ms. Renneth emerged as a multifaceted educator—Teacher-Broadcaster, Video Editor, Scriptwriter, Module Contextualizer, Writer, Mobile App Developer, and Technical Evaluator. Her contributions to various innovative projects in DepEd Aklan showcased her unwavering commitment to quality education.

As the Teacher-in-Charge, she pioneered PROJECT PASS (Progressive And Safe School), ensuring a safe learning environment during the pandemic. Ms. Renneth's impact on School-Based Management (SBM) and instructional organization is profound.

Her accolades during the School Year 2021-2023 speak volumes—Division Best Video for Storytelling, Division and 3rd Placer in Pagkukwento, and numerous awards in Division and National-level trainings and workshops.

Beyond the classroom, Ms. Renneth's community service with the Handog Pag-ibig Team exemplifies her compassionate heart, providing school supplies, food assistance, and feeding programs to pupils and parents.

Despite a motorcycle accident resulting in a muscle tear and atrophy in her left foot, Ms. Renneth's resilience remains unwavering. Her mantra, "Working average is never working for excellence," propels her forward on a journey of continuous impact and excellence in education.

Ms. Renneth Zapico Villorente—a teacher, innovator, and an embodiment of resilience, proving that excellence is not just a goal but a standard in the pursuit of knowledge and compassion.
