Bonilla started operation of Binubusan Agricultural Academy (High School) with less than one hundred students (First Year and Second Year) at the house of former Barrio Captain Vicente Padilla in Binubusan, Lian, Batangas. Bonilla offered to sell his rights and interest over the said school to whoever can provide the school site and building. During this time the incumbent Barrio Captain was Mr. B
aylosis did not waste time convincing his brother Engr. Baylosis who happened to have 13, 151 sq. lot southwest of Binubusan. On Feb. 9, 1968, Deed of Absolute Sale was executed transferring all the rights, interests and ownership of Binubusan Agricultural Academy to Engr. Thru the supervision of Mr. Abelardo Baylosis, the school site was graded and the school buildings consisting of four classrooms, one faculty/admn. Room and four comfort rooms were constructed in time for June 1968 school opening of Binubusan Academy. On May 23, 1974, government Recognition for complete secondary course under the 2-2 Plan was granted to Binubusan Academy by the Secretary of Education, Juan L. Immediately after receipt of this coveted Recognition, additional four classrooms, library, laboratory room, and school canteen were constructed in various stages as the student population increases. On Nov. 27, 1974, Binubusan Academy was registered as non-stock, non profit with the Securities and Exchange Commission with Registration No. 58961. On June 25, 1982 the Board of Directors held a special meeting to amend the articles of incorporation and among those amendments was the change of name from Binubusan Academy, Inc. to Saint Anne Academy. On January of 2015, construction started on the Senior High School Building and on September of that same year, SHS Permit No. 380 by the Department of Education was granted to Saint Anne Academy Senior High School ushering a new era of enhanced education.
