Leadership Training, Annual Planning, and Team Building was not just another program—it was a milestone, a shared triumph, and a living proof that when vision, strategy, and unity come together, success follows. For all of us, it was more than learning—it was about building confidence, strengthening bonds, and proving that leadership is a collective victory.

In Leadership Training, Sir Elvin Manriquez challenged us to rise above titles and embrace the courage to influence with character and vision. For Annual Planning, Ms. Jessa Regodo guided us in transforming ideas into clear, actionable strategies—reminding us that a plan is not just a document, but a roadmap to progress. And through Team Building, Mr. Yves Samson brought us together in laughter, trust, and collaboration, showing us that the strongest leaders are those who know how to stand side by side with their team.

This was more than a workshop—it was a victory for all of us. A job well done, a legacy strengthened, and a team ready to face the year ahead with sharpened vision, united spirit, and unstoppable drive. Together, we proved that leadership is not about standing alone—it’s about standing together, and in that unity, we found our greatest success.
