If you’re interested, please prepare the following requirements and submit them personally during office hours:

4 copies of your Diploma/TOR/ALS certificate
4 copies of your Birth Certificate
4 copies of Marriage Contract (for married females only)
3 pcs passport-sized ID & 3 pcs 1x1 ID with name tag (white background)
1 long brown envelope
