Yesterday, us advocates in CyBAC decided to put up posters as to inform those who happen to stumble upon it. One poster could change an entire community to one individual mind. Cyber bullying must be stopped.

In today’s world which has been made smaller by technology, new age problems have been born. No doubt technology has a lot of benefits; however, it also comes with a negative side. It has given birth to cyber bullying. To put it simply, cyber bullying refers to the misuse of information technology with the intention to harass others. Subsequently, cyberbullying comes in various forms. It doesn’t necessarily mean hacking someone’s profiles or posing to be someone else. It also includes posting negative comments about somebody or spreading rumors to defame someone. As everyone is caught up on the social network, it makes it very easy for anyone to misuse this access. In other words, cyberbullying has become very common nowadays. It includes actions to manipulate, harass and defame any person. These hostile actions are seriously damaging and can affect anyone easily and gravely. They take place on social media, public forums, and other online information websites. A cyberbully is not necessarily a stranger; it may also be someone you know.

Some students in Arts and Design made their way to use their spare time in expressing their views concerning cyberbullying in hopes of further expanding their knowledge and protecting themselves from internet bullies.

Our mental health changes day by day. When you’re not okay, it does not only exist in your head but can affect your physical health too. Symptoms, such as nausea, palpitations, or difficulty in breathing, can happen out of nowhere. They tell us that something isn’t right.

You are not overreacting. Mental illness deserves to be treated like any other sickness or injury. Be kind to yourself and rest. The world can wait.

More often than not people who experience any sort of bullying lead intrusive thoughts that hinder someone's capability to operate in their day-to-day life. If ever you feel those thoughts lead you to take your own life, talk about it to someone you trust wholeheartedly, you need not suffer in silence.

People, mostly teens use the Internet to escape from their gloomy reality in order to cope yet some people make their life increasingly difficult by bullying and making them feel twice the worthlessness.
