The OJT Orientation 2026, anchored on the theme “𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐡,” successfully equipped our future trainees with the knowledge, mindset, and readiness they need as they prepare to enter the mining industry. Held at the E7 Hydraulics East Campus last April 20, 2026, the event served as a meaningful platform to ignite a deeper sense of purpose among the participants.

With depth and determination, our third-year Mineros have taken their first step closer to the field. It stands as a reminder that every Minero carries the responsibility to uphold integrity and resilience in every ground they step on. As they move forward into their respective mining sites, they rise with heads held high ready to go beyond the surface and make their mark.

The Philippine Society of Mining Engineers - Bicol University Student Chapter will be conducting its OJT Orientation 2026 with the theme "𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐡". The event aims to build confidence and readiness among future trainees by equipping them with the essential knowledge and insights before they step into the field of the mining industry. As our third year Mineros prepare to transition from classroom learning to real-world application, this orientation serves as a vital groundwork upon bridging theory with practice and ambition with responsibility.
