CEREMONIAL TURNOVER OF TV SETS, PRINTERS, GARDENING AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS TO PHS TEACHERS & SSLG OFFICERS
Today, June 17, ten 40" TV sets, 5 printers, and several gardening, sports and educationak materials were turned-over to PHS teachers and students.
These acquisitions were made possible through the leadership of our School Head, Felix Rafael A. Balde, and the collective efforts of the school community in upholding the Department of Education’s No Collection Policy, ensuring that no financial contribution was required from teachers, students, or parents.
The funds used for these purchases were generated through responsible cost-cutting measures, including:
* The systematic repair and maintenance of water systems, resulting in reduced water expenses;
* The prudent use of office supplies and resources;
* The efficient management of electricity consumption; and
* Other school-based initiatives aimed at maximizing available resources.
The educational and gardening materials were donations from various stakeholders and donors through the Brigada Eskwela program.
This milestone reminds us that through transparency, accountability, and teamwork, we can continue to improve our school facilities and services while adhering to the principles of the No Collection Policy.
This demonstrates that good stewardship and wise management can directly translate into tangible benefits for teaching and learning.
One for Pawa! 💪
