Congratulations to our 𝘉𝘜𝘈𝘚𝘈 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘳𝘥 𝘠𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘙𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 and 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘥, 𝗝𝗮𝗻 𝗕𝗿𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹 for participating in and completing the 𝗗𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 held at Viento De Mar Beach Resort, Bacacay, Albay last July 20-23, 2024.

The said camp was participated by creative Bicolano individuals in different art fields such as songwriting, playwriting, dance, film, and visual and digital arts. The Dawani Creative Camp 2024 was organized by the Dawani Project PH and Sining Banwa, and co-presented by the Provincial Government of Albay.

Our very own BUASA Vice President, Diana Jane Lucena was one of the twenty Bicol University representatives in the recently concluded 𝗗𝗢𝗦𝗧-𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 (𝗦𝗘𝗜) 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 (𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝟰-𝗔 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟱) held at 𝗧𝗮𝗮𝗹 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘆𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗖𝗮𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 from 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟴-𝟮𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰.

In accordance with BUASA’s 40th anniversary, the RENAISSANCE vision celebrates the incredible years of excellence driven by newly developed ideas and effervescent events and projects carefully crafted by this year's officers and members. The BUASA Renaissance aims to create a community where we champion the rich and diverse talents of every BU-IDeA student. 𝑽𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏:
The Bicol University Architecture Students’ Association shall be a center of youth leadership unified in their involvement, commitment, and awareness of their moral and social responsibilities, economic, opportunities and political rights as student of the university.

𝑮𝒐𝒂𝒍𝒔:
To attain an atmosphere for student leadership and governance while having strong linkage and work with other school-based organization within and outside the university and as well as the community.

Embark the new programs, activities or projects that are relevant to the student growth.

Enhance development of moral, spiritual, social, intellectual and physical well-being of students as tools for good relationship within them as well as other young people, superiors, authority and all walks of people.

𝑯𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚:
Architecture started in Bicol University in the 1970’s but always ends up in the Second semester of each school year. Finally, in the second year (1977-1978) the enrolled first year students pursued and stayed. In the next school year, new Student Organization was born and was simply named “ARCHITECTURE”. In the school year 1984-1985, the organization in its hope to better its linkages, renamed itself “Architecture Student Organization in the Philippine-BU Chapter”, anchoring to a national architecture students’ organization. It was during this time that Architecture Student of BU had a rich experience working, learning and having fun with the students from all over the country.

Experience had been a good teacher to the organization. A new realization aim and the organization was renamed again as we know it today, the Bicol University Architecture Students’ Organization (BUASA).
