INSET 2025 (Strengthening Literacy Via Action Research: Support to the ARAL Program) has successfully concluded!

This 3-day CPD accredited PD program was more than just an ordinary professional development session; this served as a venue of a vision where literacy breakthroughs are driven by research, and a spark that rekindled eagerness and commitment among teachers to further their practice.

Hats off to our incredible PD team headed by Ma'am Lo**ta Araña for ensuring a CPD-compliant training and bringing in a top-tier INSET 2025 experience!

Shout out to all our teacher participants whose level of participation was nothing short of remarkable! Thank you for consistently bringing energy, enthusiasm and relevant contributions to every activity which kept this training lively and impactful for everyone.

NATIONAL READING MONTH KICK-OFF Program..

Thank you so much Kgd. Ronald Andes for the gift of time...for the wonderful story you've read to our learners..they enjoy listening to you and are enthusiastic in answering your questions..

Thanks also to the on-the-spot story tellers.. Angelica Aringo (grade 3), Samantha Solemn Alamo (grade 6) and Shane Ann Botin (grade 9).

September 22, 2025 - Bariis Integrated School proudly launched its ARAL Program today, marking a significant step towards bolstering literacy and academic excellence within our community. The event was warmly received by parents, who demonstrated overwhelming support for the initiative.

The launching ceremony featured an orientation session for parents, providing comprehensive insights into the ARAL Program's objectives, methodologies, and expected outcomes. School ARAL Coordinator and teachers articulated the program's design to enhance students' reading, grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension skills, underscoring its vital role in their overall academic development.

Following the orientation, ARAL tutees actively participated in an engaging storytelling session. The young learners showcased their listening skills and comprehension abilities by answering questions related to the story, highlighting the program's early success in fostering a love for reading and learning.

Bariis Integrated School extends its heartfelt gratitude to the parents, tutors, and community members who have embraced the ARAL Program. Together, we are building a brighter future for our learners...
