This election aims to select qualified and committed student leaders who will represent the student body, uphold the values of the institution, and continue programs and initiatives that strengthen unity, discipline, and service among all students.

Following the conclusion of Sports Fest 2026, the 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 (𝐉𝐎𝐎𝐃) 2 Remaining Regular Schedules for Academic Year 2025–2026 shall be conducted on May 11 and 12, 2026.

The official schedules, excuse letter format, and JOOD Guidebook are attached in the comments for your reference and guidance.

𝙄𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨:
1. Prior to assuming JOOD duty, all concerned midshipmen and midshipwomen must submit an excuse letter to instructors for classes that will be affected.
2. In the event of graded quizzes, examinations, or laboratory activities, academic requirements shall take precedence. Submit an excuse letter to the COM (Corps of Midshipmen) Office for rescheduling.
3. Review and understand the JOOD Guidebook thoroughly to ensure proper preparation of required items (e.g., water tumbler/bottle, white gloves, and white handkerchief) and familiarity with assigned duties and lines.
4. All JOOD must report in 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 (𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲 𝗔) and maintain a neat and snappy appearance at all times.

All concerned are enjoined to be guided accordingly and to maintain proper coordination at all times.

As part of the continuing effort to recover the lessons in 𝒆𝒗𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 that were diminished and disrupted during the pandemic, the community is invited to a special film showing featuring “The Mission” — a Jesus Christ musical directed by 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐚.

This presentation seeks to renew faith formation, reflection, and unity through music and storytelling centered on the message of Christ, strengthening the shared understanding and practice of evangelization within the community. ✨

📅 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫: The parade will be held tomorrow, 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, with a call time of 𝟎𝟕𝟑𝟎𝐇. All participants are expected to join and represent their respective teams.

👕 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞: Wear your respective T-shirts (or, if unavailable, a T-shirt in your team color) as the top layer, and appropriate pants for the lower attire.

🩳 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲: Shorts are only allowed during the specific sports activity for which they are required. On the second day, wearing shorts is permitted.

💧 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝: Bring your own water to avoid dehydration throughout the event.

👕𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠: Bring an extra T-shirt for comfort after activities.
